By downloading or using Hadith Musnad (“the app”) you agree to these terms. They supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

1. What the app does

Hadith Musnad lets you search and read hadith from the Dorar.net Hadith Encyclopedia through its public API. Hadith texts, references and rulings are shown as published by that source. The app is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dorar.net.

2. Not a source of religious rulings

The app is a reference tool. It does not issue fatwas or religious rulings. Grade labels are simplified from the scholar’s original Arabic wording, which always takes precedence. For religious guidance, consult qualified scholars.

3. Accuracy and availability

Content comes from a third‑party source and is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is complete, error‑free or always available, and search depends on the source’s service being reachable.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or the source’s service, for example through automated bulk requests.

5. Intellectual property

The app’s design and code belong to the developer. Hadith content and rulings belong to their respective sources. When sharing content, please keep the attribution to the Dorar.net Hadith Encyclopedia.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app or reliance on its content.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page.
